Hi,
I have a problem with FCKEditorX and IE7. Inserting a picture doesnt work properly. When I click an "browse server" I cant see the file list as I can in Firefox for example. All it says "Error in page: Object missing"
Does anybody else have this problem?
IE7 and FCKEditorX
Re: IE7 and FCKEditorX
Nobody ever tried IE7?
Re: IE7 and FCKEditorX
Curana,
sorry, I recently uninstalled IE7 as it dramatically slowed down opening and typing html-mails in outlook. I went back to IE6 and FF so I can´t check your findings.

Re: IE7 and FCKEditorX
I didn't install it since there still is some problems with it. I use FF and IE6 and it seems like I'm not alone. I have tried out IE7 on other peoples computers and for me it seems like IE7 works alot more like FF than IE6 did, but that's just my own experience so far.

Re: IE7 and FCKEditorX
I have no problems with IE7, using it since the first beta. The browse server function works perfectly in FCKEditorX.
What version of CMSMS and FCKEditorX are you using?

Re: IE7 and FCKEditorX
CMSMS is 1.0.4 and the Editor is the standard, 1.0.3
When I installed 1.0.4, I had some problems with it so I had to reinstall the module from the forge. In the basic installation the browsingtool was renamed with the chmod values added and no file extension.
In Firefox it works, but my client uses IE7 (I try to change their mind) but it has to work. It says "Object missing" and doesnt show the content.

Re: IE7 and FCKEditorX
Good news, I used the notebook of my coleague who has IE7 installed and it works fine. So seems its a problem of the client.
