Hello,
I want to suggest an idea to make a 'Made Simple' software catalog.
As you know there is not enough CMS modules available at this time, but a lot of other OpenSource software that can be integrated (in theory) with CMS. I mean different CRMs, Case Trackers/Ticket systems, eCommerce solutions, etc.
This 3rd party software should be easy to use like CMS Made Simple. Feel free to write about your favourite 3rd party software in this topic.
As for me, I like http://www.roundcube.net/ webmail IMAP client. It has a modern interface with multilanguage support.

Best forum: http://www.simplemachines.org/

Note: I don't have time to take on any more projects. I'm quite busy. I may be too busy to reply to emails or messages. Thanks for your understanding.

Nice idea but the problem is ...ELVIS wrote: I want to suggest an idea to make a 'Made Simple' software catalog.

Currently it can be done by an iframe (look at embed or piiframe tag).but a lot of other OpenSource software that can be integrated (in theory) with CMS.
The other solution is to adapt the theme of main site to the solution you want as it's be done with SMF and Wordpress
Really a nice solution but you should think on - CMSms is not a portal system ... there are IMHO enought other/better one.As for me, I like http://www.roundcube.net/ webmail IMAP client.

regarding the i-frame, that doesnt really help because there are tons of issues with that - dimensions, using the back button... etccyberman wrote:Nice idea but the problem is ...ELVIS wrote: I want to suggest an idea to make a 'Made Simple' software catalog.

Great looking app roundcube. I love finding interesting software that is opensource. On the subject of integrating and bridging applications together like CMSMS and *other app*, what about using the CMSMS core to power some other wonderapp.
I work in a law firm, and their case management system is naff, i was thinking of utilising the tight integration of templates / smarty, user auth to produce some other 'made simple' system... What do you think?
