Hello, is there anyone who could explain why I get this message when I try to viiew the ModuleManager?

Did you check in Extensions > Modules to make sure nuSOAP is installed?...

You may need ask your webhost to enable outbound connections or just install modules by uploading them manually: http://wiki.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php ... g_a_module
