Timeout while installing a module (tinymce)

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Timeout while installing a module (tinymce)

I upgraded to latest GREAT 1.0.2 version, installed the Module Manager (love it) and started downloading and installing some modules.

While installing tinymce, I get this error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in W:\www\modules\nuSOAP\classes\nusoap.php on line 2652

I tried fixing timeouts here and there, but no success so far... Can you please tell me where to fix this ?

php.ini file has maximum_execution_time setting
