multilanguage web page with CMSMS?

I'm very new to CMSMS. Discovered it just today.
I explored around, but I didn't find a way to make multilanguage web page with CMSMS.
Is it possible at all? Does it need somekind of module?

There is a multilanguage modification, but REAL multilanguage support is still to be implemented.
