Installation Problem! Cant load install wizard..keep get "no input file error"

Hey everyone...

Ive been having problems with every cms i try to install.  Im running on network solutions advanced unix package and i know they run php through cgi.  Is there any way around this problem?  I call them and they dont seem to want to even try to help me....

I get this error;  "No input file specified." if i go to my file www.mydomain.com/install.php

and then if i go to www.mydomain.com/cmsms



The requested URL /~541446.552479//~541446.552479//cgi-bin/php.dat was not found on this server.

Is this an issue with the server?  Can it be fixed? or is it just me not knowing what im doing.

If you can wait few hours 1.0.2 which is due today will have some changes in the installer which should help with this problem...
