dev.cmsmadesimple.org subdomain not working?

I wanted to start yearly maintenance on our website, so tried to access the plugins download, but dev.cmsmadesimple.org seems to be not working.
Is this a recent issue which will be solved quickly, or is there something else happening?

Thanks for any insight when dev subdomain is available again!
