Is there a lightweight module to create simple product listings (not full e-commerce)?

Hi everyone,

I'm building a small website for a client using CMSMS, and they want a basic product catalog — not a full-blown shopping cart or checkout system. Just simple listings with images, short descriptions, and optional price tags (no need for payment integration). I’ve looked into CGSmartImage and ListIt2, but I wonder if there's a better or more up-to-date module for this use case?

Ideally, it should be easy to manage via the admin and flexible enough to customize the layout a bit.

Any recommendations or approaches you’ve used?

The updated versions of those two modules are SmartImage and LISE. LISE is ideal for this sort of thing, but for small projects where all of the items can be stored in a single page, ECB2 is a potential alternative.
