Problem with the Format of CMS Templates

I have a CMS template called Traumatic Stress Library Template. Article Body RT is a rich text feature in the Traumatic Stress Libraries CMS.

On the template, I formatted the Article Body RT to be 400 bold. The Rich Text Block 11 tag inherits both of these tags, which are also 400. Despite this, the boldness remains at 700. I have some expertise with Webflow, but I am unable to solve this one. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I think you may have the wrong system - this is for CMS Made Simple. It sounds like you're using Webflow. If I've misunderstood, please provide examples of your template and the version of CMSMS you're using.
