Hello! I need help. The CMS website of one of my clients does not open anymore. Here is what happened: I was uploading a .pdf, and it got stuck for a while, so I closed the tab. Now as I try to log in again, it just spins, and then the url shows the hourglass symbol but nothing happens... The website does not load/open, and the backend (admin) does not load/open as well... What shall I do? Is there a chance that I have lost the whole website? Thanks!!
The URL is:
www.rthiel.com
If there is a path to resolving this issue, could anyone explain me step by step how to do it? I am not an expert in building sites, and created this years ago. Don't remember much, and generally I tend to resolve issues by intuition but I know very little...
(My guess is that something got delayed while the back-end was loading the .pdf from my computer, and by closing the tab it got stuck)
Thanks a lot...

Re: My CMS website does not open anymore.
Seems to be opening fine for me, so perhaps just a browser cache issue?
Not getting the answer you need? CMSMS support options
Re: My CMS website does not open anymore.
Thanks for your answer! I cleared the cache. I restarted my Mac. I tried on both Firefox and Chrome. I am trying on my iPhone. No results...
Re: My CMS website does not open anymore.
I was able to log into the site. But now, I am uploading the two .pdf files again (the ones that made it stuck) and, once uploaded, they are not listed in the directory where I am uploading. I looked and looked. Is it possible that the system 'discards' the files after what happened? Or flags them as dangerous and puts them in another place automatically? I am not sure what else to come up with...
Thanks.
Thanks.

...and now the website does not let me log in again. I have been blocked again. Is it possible that the files that I am trying to upload are corrupted, and provoke the block over and over?
I am locked out again.
(I was able to get in because I called the host previously, and they had the block removed).
