Smarty / Template Error

Smarty / Template Error

I've installed CMS Made simple at thebradleygrp.com/index.php and keep getting this error:

string(117) "Smarty error: problem creating directory 'O:/Hosted Web Sites/Zach.Evans/thebradleygrp_com/www/tmp/templates_c/%%D8'" string(117) "Smarty error: problem creating directory 'O:/Hosted Web Sites/Zach.Evans/thebradleygrp_com/www/tmp/templates_c/%%D8'"

I had my web host change the permissions of the various folders (including the TMP folder) to WRITE but cannot seem to get past this error.

I've also tried clearing out my cache but am still getting the error. I'm running version 0.13 on a Windows server running IIS. Any ideas?

those folders need write, modify, delete rights...
