Hi all,
i'm looking for the best way to include a GDPR bar, wich must propose to:
- accept all cookies
- accept none
- accept just selected ones (i.e. Google Analytics)
If somebody has some good tips & examples,
Thx !

When you anonymize the IP address in Google Analytics or Matamo you don't need to ask for permission for that part...

Re: GDPR - RGPD consent tips
I see that a cookie beginning with CMSSESSID... i set by each of my cmsms sites, is this a fundamental cookie for a website to work?
Re: GDPR - RGPD consent tips
It's a technical session cookie (reset upon end of session) and contains no identifiable information - just a a random string.
It's (mostly) not required for front end operation, but some modules may require it. There is currently no way to disable it in CMSMS but visitors likely can block it with minimal impact if you don't have any modules requiring it. Sites with frontend login systems, multi-part forms etc may use it, or may set their own. It's on our radar to look into what it's been used for historically on the frontend and if anything needs changing, but as it doesn't break any laws that we're aware of it's not a priority concern.
It is required for backend operation.
