Orders Module Email Confirmations

Post by joshj »

I have been carrying out some work on the order emails that are generated - sent to the store and to the customer.

I've noticed that the "From" does not contain an email address and causes some email providers to reject the email as it expects a From address. I've looked into the settings but can't see where the From address should be added.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The mail settings within CMSMS settings appear to be correct and the test mail works correctly. On the server the MX routing is also correct.

the Orders module uses the CMSMailer module to email out:

$cmsmailer =& $this->GetModuleInstance('CMSMailer');

the From values should be taken from the CMSMailer values.

If that doesnt work, not sure how to help.
