Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Impossible to say given lack of info. Could be CSS file, template....?

Another option might be to overwrite the existing image with your new one using the same name.
