Can't update CGSharedContent

Can't update CGSharedContent. Upgrade link is not visible in Module Manager and there is a message in next to CGSharedContent:

This module cannot be loaded. Possibly due to dependencies
Depends on: CGExtensions

I've updated the CGExtensions. And cleared the cache.

Go to the module folder at the server. There will be a file named module.ini, delete that. Afterward go back to Module Manager and upgrade should be possible

in module folder there are no files. In every module's own folder there is moduleinfo.ini, but I think that you didn't refer to that. Or did you? If you did, did you mean I should delete moduleinfo.ini from the CGSharedContent or CGExtensions folder.

Also... my CGSharedContent is 1.0.1 and the ModuleManager says that there is update available. In forge the latest is 1.0.1.

Yeah that is what I meant, typed the wrong name... sorry about that. Deleting that file can't hurt, it will be regenerated by Module Manager.

Ok - so I delete that from the CGSharedContent folder? And what about the fact that I have the latest version? I just ignore the message? Should I report a bug, 'cause as I see it, the message is misleading and there should not be upgrade message in the first place.

This is probably related to a bug in a earlier core version...

Got this problem as well, removing moduleinfo.ini always fixes the problem. Is it safe to remove all moduleinfo.ini files in CMS Made Simple versions 2.2.3 and upwards? Maybe this should be added to the installer?
