TinyMCE Filemanager restrictions

Hi all,

I'm trying to restrict the file-access for some external users. But I will see the file-upload button for inserting images only, if I allow the access to the filemanager of CMSMS in the group permissions (modify files). Here the user can do anything, even delete a file although I have not allowed that in the profile of TinyMCE. What is the mistake, I made?

(CMSMS 2.1.3, TinyMCE 3.1.2)
