Upgrading from 1.11.6 to 1.12.2 for cmsms running on QNAP

I want to use cmsms in a new project.
The server I will use is ts-219P II from QNAP with qts 4.2.1
The App-Center lets me install cmsms release 1.11.6, it works.
Starting in the project I want to use the current release (2.1.3)

My Question:
How can create a install script for release 1.12.2 by replacing the relevant files in a copy of my current install script?

I assume that I could the use the same procedure to create an install script for the release 2.1.3 . Possibly the step to 1.12.2 may not be needed as I have no data to migrate.

I don't know QNAP but if it installs 1.12.2 then you should be able to install the latest by following these steps...
