[SOLVED] LISE only shows 'Array'

Post by frankmanl »

I installed LISE 1.1 in CMSMS 2.0.1.1
Then created instance LISEactueel and in this instance several fields and two items, for testing purpose.
I then added smartycode to my page:

Code: Select all

{LISELoader instance='LISEactueel' value="aanmaakdatum,linktekst"}
aanmaakdatum and linktekst being two of five defined fields.
The page (front end) only shows Array.

Code: Select all

<h2>test</h2><p>Array</p>
The module's help does not really help me here, in fact it's quite mysterious to me. I followed all instructions (three help tabs 'Creating Instances', 'Field Definitions' and 'Smarty plugins') and am lost now.
Is there an extended instruction for this module? Can somebody help me with this module?

Frank

After instances are created, each has it's own help page. Typical use is no different than any other module {LISEactueel} should call the default action of the instance which is summary.

OK. Looks like this is what I looked for. Thank you.

Thanks, Jo Morg: [SOLVED] LISE only shows 'Array'

Hi,
as I found this thread I just wanted to use the opportunity to say "Thanks a lot, Jo Morg" for upgrading this module to CMSms 2.0!
As many users do I rely heavily on ListIt2 in the 1.x series of CMSms. And I am more than glad now that you came up with LISE and give us the chance that our work that we did with ListIt2 can now be saved to LISE in CMSms 2.0!

Thanks to all the developers of the core and the modules
