[solved] Related items in ListIt2 module - possible?

hello,
Anyone has an idea how to present similar (releated) product(s) to the currently browsed?
I think the best way would be to create a MultiSelect list or CheckboxGroup of all the products in that Instance. Later select two or three products that will be shown in the detailed template.
I've installed ListIt2XDefs but now what? How to create a list of all items?

Note that LI2 is not being developed/maintained anymore.

Yes, I know, but it's still very powerful tool!
