Front End Blank page after CMSMS 2.0 upgrade from 1.12

CMSMS 2.0 PHP 5.5.26 MySQL 5.5 Not sure of the Apache version

Fresh upgrade from 1.12; fully upgraded, all modules and working fine.
http://www.akapplegarth.us is the original site. I made a copy of everything including the database to here before upgrading to CMSMS 2.0: http://keith.in-sparks-nv.us

I have one other un-upgraded http://test.akapplegarth.us.

Everything was working before the upgrade.

The problem I have is that after the upgrade, I can get to the admin pages fine. The main page, however, displays a blank page. No errors, nothing...Using the SimpleStyle_5 template.

My global settings include the charset=utf-8 meta data tag.

How do I fix this?
