Stumpted on Module Error Message

I have uploaded to GoDaddy Server and extracted the following:

CGCalendar-1.14.7.tar.gz
CGExtensions-1.46.4.tar.gz
FrontEndUsers-1.28.tar.gz

All the folders and files for these modules seem to have been extracted to the correct places.

I have cleared the CMSms cache.

When I open CMSms Admin and go to Extensions, Modules I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Class 'CGExtensions' not found in /home/content/51/7953851/html/modules/FrontEndUsers/FrontEndUsers.module.php on line 41

If I rename or delete the FEU folder, and click Modules all installed modules show including the latest CGC and CGE modules.

I have 1.12 "Pohnpei" installed and the server is running PHP Version 5.4.19.

Did you also install the modules? That should be visible in the 'Modules' page of admin. If it has an 'install' or 'upgrade' link behind the module name.

I just saw the following in the About notes to FEU.

Am I having the compatibility problem and is there a way to fix it?

As I stated above this is the error message:
