[fixed] Desciption Design in french breaks import

Hi,

1- a design description "Ce gabarit utilise un nouveau modèle de menu déroulant ..."
2- export OK
3 import : Error message XMLReader::read(): file:/....: parser error : Entity 'egrave' not defined
Note the Entity 'egrave' is in the french text "modèle"

Confirmed :
But a description in french without é è à ç does not crash the import template

for exemple test with this description :"description sans accent"
and with this other : "description avec des accents c'est très mauvais"

So I change the name by NCleanBlue

Note if I delete the design NCleanBlue-2 the files/images into uploads\designs\NCleanBlue-2 are not deleted

Template problem should be solved now too.
Since yesterday I changed the DTD for XML files, so any older exports will probably not work.

I also think I have fixed the problem with 'print' stylesheets
(Importer was not previously importing the media type or media query values).

I will create a new topic for other import problem (too many templates)
