Initial page boot slow! Any thoughts?

I have been seeing my page take a bit of time to boot up the first time. Any thoughts on what maybe causing this? Flash perhaps? the flash is very minimal and most are under 50kb in size. Please test and give me your thoughts:

Have you tried this un cached? the other thing i noticed is the above address gets redirected to the 16080 port. do you think that has soemthing  to do with the time delay?
