Release notes - text doesn't wrap

When you view the core code page and click the release notes (as we should, to check out what's new/changed) the text does not wrap. This makes it tricky to read, having to fiddle with a horizontal scroll bar.

See screenshot. Tested in Chrome and Firefox.

The similar link "Changelog" works in the same way and does wrap. I suspect the release notes area is coded with <pre> giving the non-wrapping effect.
