Members area, products and payments

We're working on a website which requires a private "members" section with the following features, and need a quote urgently (today or tomorrow):

• Sell a small number of downloadable products (usually PDFs), with payments collected via bank deposit and credit card. The client’s bank is www.nab.com.au and they would need to process payments through that provider, so we’ll have to look at APIs and clarify whether we need an SSL certificate.
• The products are paid for as an annual subscription, and there are typically about 15-20 transactions per month (the annual renewals). The products are frequently updated therefore must be easily configurable.

Other information:

• There is no need to customise any information for specific members (other than their product subscriptions) – all information in this section is available to all members.
• We prefer using ListIt2 wherever possible, so that is our first preference for product and subscription management.
• We are using the latest version of CMSMS.
• All design aspects will be handled by us, though we would need some basic structure to all pages. We will be making the pages responsive using Foundation.
• The ideal checkout process would be: Click to view product > click button to purchase > go to NAB website to make payment > return with success page and link to file (also available via the member's account history until the end of the subscription period).
• The project will likely commence in the next week and run for 5-6 weeks, so the overall deadline will be around the end of September.
