"Search Text" box defaults to "upload"
It should be blank on a new install, I think.
A bit picky perhaps...

Extensions -> Admin Search
"Search Text" box defaults to "upload"
It should be blank on a new install, I think.

The last search term is saved in a user preference. it is blank if you haven't done a search before.

Oh OK. I don't remember doing a search before I saw that, but perhaps I did.
