[SOLVED] SOAP error message in Module Manager. CMSMS 1.6.6

I am preparing to upgrade this site to the latest CMSMS. Following advice in the documentation I was going to upgrade the Modules prior to the upgrade. However, in Module Manager, I get the message:

Since cmsms 1.9 soap isn't used anymore and MoMa won't work
