Cannot upload from File Manager

Hi all, I have a problem with the File Manager, I can select a file from my computer but I cannot see the button for uploading, it's just not there.

It used to work fine, I have been working on the server but didn't touch the files so I don't really understand.

Could it be related to some wrong file permission?

I am running CMSMS 1.11.10.

Any idea?

Have you tried a different browser?

Post your browser and operating system.

Yes, I tried.

I run Windows 7 and I tried with 3 different browsers, same behaviour.

Thats odd....

I'd try:

Checking file/folder perms
Checking the user/group permission assignments in cmsms
Clearing the CMS cache under Site Maintenance.

Tried everything, but in the end what solved the problem was manually uninstalling the File Manager module and reinstall it.
