Products module search and result on one page

Hello,

Is it possible to put the search and result template on one page?

Have now the following:

Code: Select all

{Products action="search"}

{Products action="summary" pagelimit=4}

but if I used the navigation of the summary template, the search template will disapear, also if I make a search request the search and summary template will disapear. In my opinion the search template must always on top of the page.

Try adding
{Products action="search"}

Inside of the actual Products summary template
Then it will always be there

Or put the Products search tag in your html page template.

Thanks JohnnyB and Rolf, the answer of Rolf was the trick for me.

Have still another question, how can I when someone search something, and it can not be found, give an error, instead of a blank screen.
