Canadian Woman Magazine officially launched with CMSMS
Re: Canadian Woman Magazine officially launched with CMSMS
Congrats! nicely done.
I have one critic based on a pet peeve... the audio that plays automatically is a huge distraction and no one wants to load a page that has audio playing so loudly. Some people are in office environments or libraries, etc., and shouldn't have that forced upon them.
And one observation looking at the source... there is a lot of whitespace in the path to javascript files. I'm wondering if that could be a problem at all:

I lowered the volume of audio. I will discuss to my business partner about that issue.I have one critic based on a pet peeve... the audio that plays automatically is a huge distraction and no one wants to load a page that has audio playing so loudly.
A result of text editor auto wrapup. I removed the excessive whitespace. And one observation looking at the source... there is a lot of whitespace in the path to javascript files. I'm wondering if that could be a problem at all

Nice looking...
Setting videos and audio to start on page open is annoying and slows the site way down, your menu items don't have enuf room so they hang down at the end, any reason for the white space down the center of the page..?
You might want to look into these...

Noted for the audio and video.Dr.CSS and Rolf wrote: Setting videos and audio to start on page open is annoying and slows the site way down, your menu items don't have enuf room so they hang down at the end, any reason for the white space down the center of the page..?
The menu and the white space issues are related to the cache, try to clear it and it should properly display the menu.
Some invalid markup are caused by the plugins like video and facebook. It is interesting meta name "HandledFriendly" does not exist.
