How to tweak "page x of x"

I'm just trying to find out where in the files to edit the styles and such for the news summaries, where it shows "page 1 of 4" for example, when there are more than one page.

I didn't see it in the news css.

There is no existing style in any of the style sheets for those, you will have to make your own...
