this the last site i have made with cms ms 1.11.7
http://www.sterrenwacht-mercurius.nl/
i use the follow modules
Sfacebook
Statistics
Mcfactory
CGGooglemaps
Formbuilder
Gallery
and cycle.js for slideshow in the header.
and some other javascript to show/hide a div through a selection-field.(don't now where i have it from it)
not all content is already on the site because they were away at the hoster where the observatory was in and they got the old site to new hosting work not properly and there was not enough time for the holidays to fill the site.
The weather station is a piece of software that runs on a computer at the observatory and via ftp dynamic images to a folder on the website upload.

I am not sure if picture before cookies accept stuff is needed, you already have slider where you display pictures and and this top and bottom pictures looks weird.
Add menu .active and use smarty logic to make code cleaner (I mean pages like contact etc. sidebar div is still there... )
This cookies accepting thing is useless, simple computer user don't understand this stuff, even if you explain what cookies are and do, i am glad rubbish like this is not required in my country .

You don't need the cookiesconsent for pure functional cookies, see http://www.zdnet.be/nieuws/149467/neder ... analytics/
