Display_errors OFF or ON for CMSMS?

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

display_errors should be OFF for a production site to stop random warnings from irritating your site visitors or editors.

However, be prepared to turn it ON for development, or if experiencing a problem.
