error after moving server

Hi

I moved my CMS site from one host to anotehr and no I receive the error

My site is www.tenniswollongong.com.au. It was only in the admin area at first but after changing a page it now appears on the home page.

The new host uses suPHP and requires 755 for directories and 644 for files and I have these permissions. I cannot set the permissions any other way. Is there a way around this?

It was actually moved via cpanel back and restore so cms I did not manually do anything.
