Wiki Solution?

Post by eXcaliburN »

Hey All,

I've been trying to find a Wiki solution for a CMS:MS 1.11.x Installation, but all I've come up with is this project which has been marked stale.

In checking the documentation, I've found that the CMS:MS Wiki is powered by MediaWiki, fits into the custom layout, and uses Users from the Forums.

That's pretty much the exact type of sorcery I'm after!

My question is, is there somewhere I can get my greasy paws on that in the form of a module? Or would I be sooner/better served trying to develop my own solution from one of these projects?

This forum is just phpBB styled to look like cmsmadesimple.org no CMSMS modules are involved...

Would it be reasonable to try and find a way to integrate PHPBB with FrontEndUsers?

I'm not _too_ worried about PHPBB, I'm thinking about a different approach to what it (c/w)ould service on my site anyway.

I'm more worried about a viable wiki solution that won't require extra logins... Having that extra access layer with slack users would see the platform quickly abandoned - which is not ideal.

Cheers
