Form Builder - Send to: radio button

Hi all,

I have created a contact form using the Form Builder Module and I want to have a radio button that allows the person filling out the form to choose where the form gets sent. eg:
[ ] General (send to general@client.com)
[ ] Sales (send to sales@client.com)
[ ] Info (send to info@client.com)

etc. Does anyone know if this sort of thing is possible to do? And if so, could you point me in the right direction?

You might trying turning the field select to the full version instead of the simple one, maybe you will find what you need in there...
