Automatic newsletter handling

Hi,
 
I’m just evaluating different CMS solutions and looking for an easy to handle system which could deal with the below requirements. Can CMS made simple deal with all or at least some of features? What additional modules/plugins would be necessary?

1.       Automatic news collection in a “News Section” on homepage, with headlines and link to news in different sections on same web site, whenever a news has been published.
2.       Newsletter creation, if possible automatically done by the system, based on “News Section” entries
3.       Automatic newsletter push to subscriber base:
a.       Immediately after news has been published or
b.      after a specific timeframe (e.g. once a day, week, etc.)
4.       Simple email subscriber handling, with double opt-in and opt-out via email
5.       Send every news headline as twitter message with link to news webpage

Yes. CGBlog module. Point 5 not sure maybe there is another module or API which could do this.

1. News module that comes with Core installation
2. Newsletter Made Simple Module, use News inside email template and it will be including News in your newsletter. There is no automated sending of newsletter.

5. CGFeedMaker, create a feed, then use a service like ifttt.com or similar, i think there is a module as well, no idea what the name is, so look in forge search for twitter, test, read help

Just read you post. As we use NMS very often i wonder how this works:
..."use News inside email template and it will be including News in your newsletter."
I understand that there exists a template that drags news (from any / or a specific category) to a newsletter?
Thats correct? If so, where to get this template pls...??

In NMS don't use it in the template use it in the content block as you may wish to change the number of articles to send out each time and I am not sure if it actually works if you include it in the NMS template. Which news template to use you set up in the News module. Reason for suggesting CGBlog is that you can assign articles to more than one category.
