[fixed?] Image Manager / Create New Folder
In Firefox 13.0.1 with the OneEleven theme, if you type something in the Crete New Folder box and hit return the page refreshes but the folder is not added. You have to click the Create button for this to work. Suspect will be the same in other browsers.
