Make sub menus appear

Post by themiliton »

Hi,

I am not 100% sure that I am posting int he right topic, but these feels like a HTML/CSS style query.

I have a standard vertical navigation bar, with styled buttons, but want to make it so that inbetween these major links, I can put submenus, which would just be text. I don't even know if this is possible.

Currently I link to an external CSS file that I made when I originally designed the site, and have made no alterations to the standard {menu} to get the naviagtion to work thus far.

If you need my CSS and Template HTML I will post them, but the CSS alone is 595 lines so I didn't want to fill the forum with my code!

The site is at: http://mischiefmanagedsl.com/index.php?page=main
(I had to put the ?page=main bit or you would get either the temp holding page or the splash page)

First you have to have children pages for it to work, but I would use a variation of this menu template and code...

Do you want the submenu items to only show when a parent is clicked/active or on hover and on click?...
