Calendar Plugin Missing a Few Months

Post by danielbone1 »

Hello again all,

I have been using the calendar module for about 2 months now with no problem.  Actually tonight was the first time that I
have needed to add a new event.  When I went in to add the event I notice that I am missing some months in the drop down box.

I have no June, April, September.  Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and if there was a remedy for it.

Thanks,

Dan

not sure which one I installed then............

looking now.

So afer looking it must have been the one before your newest version, because I have dates on the calendar in March and the newest version
was release on April 1st.

I am actually missing every other month starting with February.  Whats strange is that I already had a bunch of dates filled in June and when I went to add another I noticed that it wasn't there.  Is there something that I can do to fix this while not losing all of my current events?

I have about 70 or so dates in between now and end of sept.

Thanks,
Dan

Yes, you can  ;D ...

Make a database backup - e.g. with Backup Module or with phpmyadmin or ...  8) so you can play back your events if there is a problem with current version.

But normally there should be no datas lost on upgrading a module.

Great thanks so much.  Since I have never upgraded a module I will ask this silly question.

I am assuming that I just download and install as usual.

Thanks again for the quick help,

Dan

So without doing a think I just went in for the hell of it and all of the dates months are there.

I don't get it, but as long as it is working for now I won't fool with it.

I realize that I should switch to the stable version soon.

Thanks for your help,

Dan
