FORMBUILDER: user_approved date needed in email template

I have:

CMSMS: 1.10.3
FormBuilder 0.7.2

Is there any way to get user_approved date in email template ?
This field is available in DB structure and shown after email confirmation ...

Now we have only {$sub_date} which is not much ... also is there any way to format date and get DATE and TIME alone?
