[SOLVED] Front End Users bug?

I have lost FEU from the drop down menu after installation. If I go to the modules listing it is there, but it does not appear on the Users & Groups drop down. There is one time when I can see the FEU appear on the drop down briefly. If I click on the module from the list and then go to the drop down, FEU appears. But then I click on it and it leads me to the Home page. Is this a bug?

I just uninstalled FEU 1.16.5 and installed 1.16.4 and it did the same thing. I can't access FEU, if it appears at all it takes me to Home.

First I tried about 5 descending order of the FEU versions using 1.9.4.2 and none worked. Maybe 1.9.4.2 is bugged.

Ended up moving to 1.10.2 where FEU did work, although now my templates will not work at all. Now I am off to figure out what that is all about.
