formbuilder doesn't create tables at install

I try to install formbuilder 0.7.1 on CMSMS 1.10.1 and the installer does not create tables in the database, but only the sequences. I am using MAMP 2.0 on Mac OSX 10.6.8 (PHP 5.3.5, mysql 5.5.9).
Any ideas about what's wrong?
