File Manager/Image Manager permissions

Using 1.10.

Is there any way to separate, allowing editors access to Image Manager but not File Manager?

They need to be able to add images but not have access to all the uploads on the site.

Thanks for the Update oab2 - I am running into this situation on the very site I am working on at the moment - needing to allow Images to be uploaded but not files.

I am sure this is a common problem. No way would I want a novice Editor messing with my files, but they do need to be able to add their own images.
