Upgrade Problem - pleae help

I upgraded from 12.1 to 13 today and since I did so, I get the following errror:

I can log in to the admin section, and mooch around, but cant see anything on any of the live pages. I did notice that html bloblbs were replaced by global content blocks, and I used alot of html blobs. Is this something that I need to change around in my templates, or is something esle out of whack?

I also chmodded all my necessary folders to 77 to make sure.

I think this has been answered in the Smarty errors post just below this one.

Actually, we fixed this one via irc.  It was the use_sub_dirs fix that others have been using.
