Page image and thumbnail dropdown sort order

Page image and thumbnail dropdown sort order

At some point (not exactly sure when) the drop downs for the page image and thumbnail changed from listing the images in alphabetical order to being totally scrambled. Is there anyway to get them back to being in alphabetical order?
