[Done] Lawyer website (design, HTML/CSS, CMS installation)

I need someone to completely redevelop an existing website for a lawyer. The website address will be provided to applicants.

The entire project must be completed by the end of October 2011. The first design samples would need to be received by Friday 14 October.

The budget is around $500-600 USD. To reach this figure, I'm prepared to handle some of the modules myself. The key components are the design, HTML/CSS and page template(s).

The requirements of the website are to:

* install CMS Made Simple
* redesign the entire website
* create HTML/CSS from the design
* create page template(s)
* migrate content from the old site to the new.

Page template(s) must:

* use valid HTML/CSS
* use minimal images (e.g. use CSS for shadows, buttons etc)
* separate as much code as possible into GCBs (e.g. header and footer).

The following features are required:

* news
* testimonials
* photo gallery
* staff profiles (no FEU editing required)
* document repository (list of files grouped by category) - this can be omitted if too costly/time-consuming.

The design must be:

* clean and minimal
* mainly white
* inclusive of blue and grey (10-20% black) from logo
* aimed at businesses as well as individuals but emphasise the personalised service.
