[nooB]Error getting site to go live [solved]

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

[nooB]Error getting site to go live [solved]

Post by lyle »

This is a new install of CMSMS 1.9.4.2
Everything goes perfect during install.
My problem occurs when I import my database (I think)
The .sql file is fine, I can move it to a second local machine with no problem but when I move it to the server (and I've done it several times with different versions of the .sql file)
I get some sort of error? as CMSMS generates the site.
I can't explain but here is the site http://michrocks.org/cms/

I'm on PHP 5.2.17 and MYSQL 5.1.50

looking at the code dumped to the screen it is something about SimpleFeedback witch I'm not using and don't have installed.

Another possable clue is the same error appears on all the Admin pages as well.

Thanks for any hints!

Check if the module is under \modules and if so, rename the folder to another name.

THANKS!
I knew it had to be something easy. Too much was working.

Just so I understand,
the problem was caused by having the module in there but not installed?
