Can somone upgrade my CMS site to latest version?

I have a version 1.6 of CMS. I like to upgrade it to the latest version. I do not wish to attempt it myself for fear losing content or losing my site for a duration. I like an expert to do the upgrade for me and to solve any problems that may arise.

Please give me your price for the upgrade and tell me when the upgrade can be done..?
