1.9.4.2-1.9.4.3 diff empty .htaccess?

The diff files from 1.9.4.2-1.9.4.3 contains some empty .htaccess files that will make some directories (tmp, lib, uploads, images) readable. Is this intentional? Or should the contents of these folders be hidden?

Agreed. Seems there are a bunch of files and folders included that aren't needed, like the install, images and uploads folders.

Was confused as well, is it still safe to install this update or should we wait for a new diff package???

Found this post: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopi ... 2&start=15 deleted wrong files as diff file was messed up.
